Traverse Tall Ship Company - Schooner Manitou

Sailing out of Traverse City, the 114-foot long, 62-passenger schooner Manitou sails Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day offering three different 2-hour cruises every day of the week. Enjoy local favorite, Moomers Ice Cream on the 3-5 sail every Monday and Friday.  Wine Tasting Cruises, featuring wine from Leelanau Cellars and Left Foot Charley, as well as Mediterranean food by Silver Swan Homemade Foods, are offered on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in July and August. Entertainment with "Song of the Lakes" takes place on the Wednesday evening cruise in July and August. Spend the night on our Floating Bed & Breakfast, Tuesday through Saturday. Four Day Windjammer Cruises to the islands, bays, and coastal villages of Lake Michigan will operate from September through early October, with themes such as: Astronomy, Music, Wine Tasting and Chocolate!  Manitou is available for charter and is an excellent venue for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, birthdays, etc.
